I have dry skin, can I still use mineral makeup?

Yes! Because Liselle Mineral Makeup does not contain drying ingredients such as talc and clays, it is non drying to the skin. For those with very dry skin, the powder can be mixed with a moisturiser for a tinted moisturiser application.

Does Liselle Mineral Makeup have an SPF rating?

Our exclusive loose mineral powder concealer & foundation all-in-one has been laboratory tested and certified SPF25. This is the highest SPF rating for a loose mineral powder that does not contain chemical sunscreens in Australia. It provides naturally high broad spectrum protection against the harful and ageing damage of UVA and UVB rays. Although this product is primarily a foundation and not a sunscreen, it has definite benefits for those areas of the face where it is impractical to apply sunscreens - such as the delicate skin around the eye and on the eyelid. In saying this, our product is not a substitute for a sunscreen because that is not its primary function. Liselle Mineral Makeup cannot emphasise enough how important it is to wear a high quality sunscreen daily underneath makeup and all over exposed areas of the body.

What are nanoparticles and do Liselle Mineral Makeup products contain them?

Nanoparticles are causing quite a stir in the cosmetic industry. The term nanoparticle refers to small particles with all three dimensions less than 100 nanometres. Concerns have been raised that nanoparticles may penetrate the skin and cause potential health problems. Some mineral makeup brands use nanoparticles because they claim that this makes their product more smooth. Liselle Mineral Makeup refuses to use nanoparticles for the safety of our customers.

Is Liselle Mineral Makeup safe for people with sensitive skin?

Liselle Mineral Makeup is suitable for people with sensitive skin. The ingredients have been chosen especially for their soothing, healing and anti-inflammatory properties. Because of this, Liselle Mineral Makeup is suitable for people with acne, rosacea and ezcema. Liselle Mineral Makeup refuses to use any cheap fillers which may irritate the skin, such as Bismuth Oxychloride (a by product of refined lead that is commonly used as a cheap filler in inferior mineral makeup products). Other irritants contained in makeup include synthetic dyes, fragrances and paraben preservatives. We do not use any of these ingredients in Liselle Mineral Makeup. Liselle Mineral Makeup ingredients are also hypoallergenic.

Of course there are still those who have extra sensitive skin which may become irritated by even the most natural products. We love hearing from women with sensitive skin and will gladly send out a free sample pack so you can try Liselle Mineral Makeup firstly on the back of your hand, and then on an inconspicuous area of your face before applying to your entire face. We have received some wonderful feedback from women who have never previously been able to enjoy wearing makeup due to sensitive skin but find they can wear Liselle Mineral Makeup. We have even gone to the lengths of manufacturing a supersoft kabuki brush to help with the application of our loose mineral powder foundation because harsher bristles tend to irritate the delicate skin pores.

I have acne, can I still use Liselle Mineral Makeup?

Yes. Liselle Mineral Makeup contains ingredients that are beneficial for people with acne. The makeup is also non comedogenic meaning that it doesn't clog skin pores.

Can I use Liselle Mineral Makeup immediately after a cosmetic facial treatment to disguise the redness?

Liselle Mineral Makeup is so gentle that it can be applied immediately after a light peel, waxing, microdermabrasion and IPL. Now you can leave the salon without any redness by applying Liselle Mineral Makeup!

How do I choose the right foundation shade for my skintone?

At Liselle Mineral Makeup, we know how frustrating it is when you are buying a foundation because finding one that matches your skintone is not always easy. That's why we are one of the few makeup companies that offer free shade samplers to enable you to find the shade that suits your skin tone in the comfort of your home and without the harsh supermarket lighting. And, because every computer monitor shows colours differently, this is the best way to see our shades first hand. Your shade sampler will include information on how to find the shade that suits you best by applying each shade to your jaw line. How can I order?

Orders can be placed securely online in our online store at: www.liselle-mineral-makeup.com.au. (Liselle Mineral Makeup uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Liselle Mineral Makeup or any outside party. All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate. All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data. eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks. eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Liselle Mineral Makeup. If you do not have a credit card or debit credit card, you can order via email by contacting us at: orders@liselle-mineral-makeup.com.au. You will be sent an invoice via email which will have direct deposit details listed on it so you can pay via direct deposit.

How much is delivery?

A flat rate of $10 inc GST is charged on orders under $120 for postage and handling. For orders over $120, Liselle Mineral Makeup offers free postage and handling. When your order is calculated, free shipping will automatically be applied to orders over $120 at the checkout. Liselle Mineral Makeup can only be ordered and delivered within Australia. We may have other special offers from time to time which enables customers to access discounted or free postage and handling. Details of such offers will be made available on the online storefront and will be taken into account when orders are completed at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order once I've ordered and paid for it?

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We endeavour to process and ship all orders within 48 hours, unless stock is temporarily unavailable, in which case you will be advised by email. Orders will be sent via Australia Post. Depending on where you are located within Australia, it can take 7-10 working days to receive your goods, after leaving our premises. Can I have my order sent as a gift?

Yes! And there is no extra charge for this service. If your order is a gift for someone special, we provide the option to ship the order to an alternative shipping address (within Australia only). The 'checkout' stage of your order allows you to select this option. You must remember to tick the 'ship to a different address' box in the personal details section of the checkout or 'modify' the shipping address in the shipping & payment section of the checkout.

All orders arrive to their destination packaged in a white mailer box which is wrapped in delicate lilac tissue paper and dressed with a lovely organza ribbon. If you would like to add a gift card with message, please remember to write in the customer notes section of the checkout stage of your order: "please include a gift tag with the following message..." and include the message you want written on the gift card. If you do not write anything in the customer notes section of the checkout stage of your order - no gift card will be included with your order.

What is your returns policy?

We accept return of any unopened goods for up to 30 days from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at admin@liselle-mineral-makeup.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Liselle Mineral Makeup will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
